I am not okay.

It feels like I have no one here. People talk to me but I’m not retaining anything. Going to school feels more like a chore now than it ever did before.
A concept: eating fresh fruit on a balcony in Greece during the golden hour with little or no clothing on, hair tied in a bun, wine in my glass, the beach close by

I had a conversation last night with a boy and never got to say the things I wanted to say back to him so I’m going to rant.
1. I hate how guys judge girls based on their body count. As their count increases, their value as a human being or potential partner shouldn’t decrease, but judging them does increase your potential to be an ignorant human being. It is a double standard, and excuse me but who the fuck are you to dictate what is right and wrong for a person to do with their body?
2. Saying “I’m sorry for the way I made you feel” versus saying “I’m sorry for what I did” are two completely different things!! Don’t think I didn’t catch that.
3. If you want someone in your life you should make the effort and not expect them to always make the effort, because guess what, a healthy relationship is supposed to be 50/50 most of the time, it goes both ways. However, if that person doesn’t want to make the effort because they’re just “not that kind of person”, drop them. Stop expecting others to show you love, acceptance, commitment and respect when you don’t even show that to yourself by pursuing them. Set the standard.
My dream is really just to become successful enough where I can have a positive impact on society and give back to my family and the less fortunate and everyday I pray that it could be a possibility
